As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of long-term statewide field work resourcing models and strategies. This involves collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to support sustainable sourcing, recruitment, training, and deployment of field resources across the state.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and build strong rapport with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills for liaising with program team members, clients, and field-based employees/leaders
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information through effective scheduling, project management, and planning skills
  • Develop high-quality project documentation, including business cases, project plans, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans that align with organizational priorities
  • Show understanding of organizational goals and key performance indicators

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in industrial relations and/or human resource functions
  • Knowledge of field resourcing and/or recruitment and training of field resources
