
Melbourne Office Coordinator Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our business and play a critical role in supporting our Operations team for our Melbourne location.
Please note that the shift structure is based on business needs. (Monday to Friday)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain schedules, plan events, coordinate meetings and conferences,
- Compile team goals, track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items,
- Complete purchasing of office requirements,
- Support with calendar management for senior managers,
- Attend leadership meetings, take notes and actions items,
- Schedule cost-effective travel arrangements including airfare, hotel and ground transportation as needed,
- Assist with internal communications for associates and leadership among multiple platforms, interfaces and programs,
- Support continuous improvement activities,
- Think ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately and manage time effectively,
- Coordinate closely with Workforce Management, Maintenance, Human Resources and other teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint),
- 2+ years administrative support experience in a related field,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines,
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers and outside contacts,
- Availability to work Monday to Friday and overtime as needed.
