About the Role:

Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting our Credit Team by ensuring the smooth processing of credit applications and managing customer accounts. You will have regular interactions across the business and with debtors.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process new credit applications - ensure accounts are opened within 48 hours.
  • Conduct credit checks using CreditorWatch and Equifax.
  • Manage the accounts receivable inbox for Australia & NZ.
  • Allocate and file documents efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • General administrative support including batching, filing, and reception cover as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable and/or administration.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to collaboration and support.
  • The ability to work with speed and accuracy.
  • Reliability and a commitment to long-term employment.
