About our Accounts Receivable role:

  • We are seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable to join our Head Office team in Sydney.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Cross checking accounts receivable records with admission team records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  2. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
  3. Banking transactions bookkeeping and reconciliation.
  4. Ensuring accurate details on invoices.
  5. Liaising with the company accountant to allocate payments.
  6. FOLLOWING UP ON OUTSTANDING INVOICES AND UPDATING ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE RECORDS FOR PAID INVOICES

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • High efficiency and attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese.
  • Experience with P.R.C accounting standards and reporting requirements is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Experience with accounting software XERO is also an advantage but not required.

Schedule:
