**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated **Accounts Receivable Administrator **to join our Accounts team based in Cronulla.

As the newest member of the team, you will require excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to our fast-paced environment.

You will assist the team and be responsible for the preparation, creation, and payment collection of invoices for all clients.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure all data entry and record keeping is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Accounts Receivable duties, processing high volume supplier invoices
- Reconcile statements in MYOB and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage filing and archiving as required
- Perform ad hoc general administrative support

**What about you?**
- Preferred 2 years experience as a finance administrator or in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to our fast-paced environment
- Systems knowledge of MS Office and MYOB is an added bonus
