Alfabs is a long established, recently ASX listed company and industry leader in the provision of turnkey solutions for complex high-profile projects within the Infrastructure, Mining, Ports & Construction sectors.Due to our recent growth and expanding portfolio we are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable clerk to join our Kurri Kurri team.Reporting to the Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager, this role offers a supportive environment where you will provide essential administrative and financial assistance to the wider Alfabs Group Finance team.Key Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support to the finance teamProcess customer receipts for all entities.Assist with processing Accounts Payable and Purchase Orders for allocated entities as neededMaintain accurate financial records and assist with basic financial transactionsHandle general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document managementRespond to basic financial inquiries in a timely and professional mannerSupport month-end close activities as requiredTrack and monitor debt collectionEnsure the office space is tidy and organisedProvide additional administrative support to senior leadership when requiredWhat We Need from You:Ideally, at least 12 months of experience in an administrative or finance-related roleA Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a team and collaborate with various departmentsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Good communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectivelyA positive attitude and willingness to learn new skillsThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience in a finance and administration role within a supportive team environment.
