Job Title:

A talented Accounts Receivable Officer is required to manage the maintenance and updating of aged debtors, identify overdue accounts, and ensure timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of debtors
  • Identify and pursue outstanding payments
  • Perform regular debtor reconciliations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Process invoices and manage payments
  • Coordinate with suppliers on pallets, returns, and transfers
  • Reconcile stock from off-site storage facilities
  • Enter customer payments and balances into the system
  • Conduct general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Availability to work 25 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday
