Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional to fill the role of Employment Services Mentor.

This position requires a strong background in employment services or related fields, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy.

Key responsibilities include regular check-ins with participants, providing guidance on workplace issues, and connecting them with additional support services as needed to ensure sustainable, ongoing employment.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with employers to foster a positive working relationship.

A Cert IV in Employment Services is highly regarded but not essential for the role.

  • Empathetic and respectful approach when interacting with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and employers
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
