- Collaborate with the care team to develop customer support plans
- Offer assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and social activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Build strong relationships with customers, families, caregivers, and other stakeholders
- Completed Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or Nursing
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
