Job Title: Care Professional
We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated person who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with medication management and administration
- Participate in recreational activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement and well-being
- Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care and services provided
Requirements
- Certificate 3 qualification in Aged Care or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in aged care or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and delegate tasks as needed
