We are seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for quality care to work across various shifts in a trusted aged care facility located in Gladesville. These positions are all permanent part-time.
- Assisting with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and reporting on the health and wellbeing of residents
- Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents
We require individuals who:
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
- Have previous experience working in an aged care or healthcare setting
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are compassionate and empathetic in their approach to resident care
- Can work collaboratively as part of a team
- Are committed to upholding high standards of resident safety and wellbeing
