Compliance Leadership Opportunity

A seasoned compliance professional is sought after to spearhead the enhancement of existing compliance processes across APAC operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Compliance Frameworks: Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance framework that aligns with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify gaps in current processes and drive initiatives to streamline compliance workflows, reduce operational risk, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create informative compliance reports for executive leadership and stakeholders, overseeing incident reporting, audit findings, and resolution processes.
  • Talent Development: Mentor the compliance team to build internal capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement, delivering training programs and championing leadership development.

Requirements:
  • A tertiary degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior compliance or regulatory role, preferably within healthcare or medical services.
  • Demonstrated success in leading process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of clinical governance, audit cycles, and regulatory reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be a business partner at all levels.
