Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Senior Service Specialist - Compliance Communications.

This position involves proactively managing change, resolving issues, and overseeing ad-hoc compliance mailings to ensure robust communication processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic objectives and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and design innovative communication strategies that meet regulatory standards.

  • Oversee end-to-end transactional correspondence across all channels, ensuring high standards are met and promoting digital options.
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate on reporting and exception management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, RG146 or insurance/superannuation certification (preferred), and minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, crisis communications experience, and proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies are also essential.
