Job Role Overview

The In-Work Support Coach plays a pivotal role in facilitating the success of our clients as they navigate through the transition phase.

  • Liaise with employers, clients, and team members to maintain employment opportunities and build collaborative relationships.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, promoting seamless coordination and cooperation.
  • Assist with claim management, escalating risks or concerns through appropriate channels to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements and organizational policies to uphold professional standards.
