Job Title: Career Transition Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Career Transition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our employment services team, you'll play a critical role in helping job seekers navigate the transition process and find sustainable employment opportunities.

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their career objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from being job ready, developing tailored strategies to overcome these obstacles.
  • Utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with 'work ready' job seekers, securing sustainable employment outcomes that benefit both individuals and employers.
  • Work closely with participants in the Workforce Australia program, providing tools and confidence to enter the workforce and succeed in their chosen careers.
