- The ideal candidate will develop and implement a structured plan to minimize disruption during the transition period.
- We are looking for a strong communicator who can create clear and engaging materials for stakeholders at all levels.
- The Transition Specialist will facilitate workshops, briefings, and engagement sessions to prepare staff for the move.
- Key responsibilities include identifying potential risks, issues, and resistance, providing recommendations to support adoption.
- The specialist will monitor and report on change readiness and progress throughout the project.
- The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- A strong background in communication and stakeholder engagement is essential.
- Demonstrated capability in developing transition strategies, communication plans, and training/engagement materials is required.
- The ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment is necessary.
- This is a 5-month contract commencing October.
- The working model is hybrid with 1–2 days in our CBD office and the remainder from home.
