Regulatory Change Management Position

This role focuses on driving the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance frameworks across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the identification and assessment of upcoming legislative and regulatory changes.

  • Responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and implementing regulatory change initiatives. This involves providing oversight and project leadership to ensure effective integration of new requirements into existing frameworks.
  • The ideal candidate will deliver impact assessments and contribute to steering committees and forums to discuss key regulatory change initiatives. They will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed regulatory change into decision-making processes.
  • Additional responsibilities include managing external consultants and contractors supporting regulatory change efforts and staying abreast of industry developments and regulatory requirements.
  • This position partners with senior leaders across Risk, Compliance, and Legal to deliver key change initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement and assurance activities across the Fund.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, legislative, and regulatory requirements in financial services is essential. Familiarity with relevant legislation such as the Corporations Act and SIS Act is also required.
  • Tertiary qualification in commerce or law (or equivalent experience) is necessary. Superannuation and/or financial services experience is highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required for this role.
