Compliance Lead: Embedding Regulatory Excellence

Spearhead the development and implementation of compliance strategies across our divisions, fostering a proactive risk culture. Collaborate with business unit leaders, Line 2 (Group Risk), and other stakeholders to deliver best-practice compliance outcomes.

As Compliance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance is owned and managed at the source. You'll design and implement effective controls, monitor adherence to internal and external requirements, and drive continuous improvement in compliance practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing compliance frameworks to meet regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide pragmatic compliance advice and support governance initiatives.
  • Leading control gap assessments, compliance monitoring, and root cause analysis to drive improvement.
  • Communicating complex regulatory requirements to various stakeholders and driving cultural change within the organization.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into daily operations, enhancing our overall risk posture.
