Your Role

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting Guests: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile, setting the tone for their entire stay.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently and professionally check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Guest Enquiries: Assist guests with enquiries and provide local information to enhance their stay.
  • Reservation Management: Manage reservations and handle phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly and Approachable: Loves interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol: Has a RSA or is willing to obtain it.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to multitask and handle busy situations with ease.
  • Customer Service Experience: Has previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with computers and reservation systems.
  • Availability: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
