Hotel Mountain Heritage and Falls Mountain Retreat is seeking a skilled and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
* Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally
* Assist guests with enquiries and provide local information
* Manage reservations and handle phone calls
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

**What We're Looking For:**

* A friendly and approachable individual with excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hotel industry
* Ability to multitask and handle busy situations with ease
* Proficient with computers and reservation systems
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
