Hotel Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at ICC Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist guests with enquiries and provide local information, promoting our hotel's amenities and services.
  • Manage reservations and handle phone calls, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction, working collaboratively to resolve any issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be available to work a variety of shifts.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems.
