Hotel Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and organized Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Hotel Mountain Heritage and Falls Mountain Retreat. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome
  • Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide local information to enhance their stay
  • Manage reservations and handle phone calls with professionalism
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • A friendly and approachable individual with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Ability to multitask and handle busy situations with ease
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and reservation systems
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
