HR Support Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to the People & Culture Manager and operations team, ensuring seamless front-line service delivery across various HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support operational HR activities, change initiatives, and employee engagement projects.
  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate front-line support for transactional HR Activities (absentee management, transfer requests, exit interviews, etc).
  • Collaborate with production supervisors in the close-out of low-level disciplinary matters.
  • Generate timely and accurate reports to support HR Business Partner teams in providing data insights for operational decision-making (Manning report, employee movements report, terminations report, training compliance).
  • Assist managers with internal queries regarding HR policies, practices, procedures, and legislation.
  • Provide administrative support for HR matters as required.
  • Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Health & Wellbeing, and Payroll departments to drive business performance.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction of new team members.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced customer service and administrative positions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Good internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to display empathy and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Interest in further development in Human Resources.
  • Tertiary HR qualifications are preferred.
