About the Role
  • This role is ideal for someone with recent HR administration experience, particularly in data entry across multiple platforms.
  • You will have the ability to work in an agile environment, supporting the HR and Talent team day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional support to the HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Manage data entry across multiple platforms, including SuccessFactors, with accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Create employee contracts using DocuSign, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines.

Requirements
  • Recent HR administration experience required.
  • Familiarity with mail merge in Excel.
  • Proficient in creating employee contracts using DocuSign.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and support the HR and Talent team day-to-day.
