Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced National Account Manager to oversee the Liquibox portfolio within the ANZ region. This role is pivotal in achieving our growth objectives while maintaining our existing market presence and exploring new business avenues. You will report directly to the Executive Director of Sales & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve annual sales and profit targets for the Liquibox business, encompassing both packaging materials and equipment.
  2. Collaborate with Business Development and Technical Teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  3. Work alongside sector and application development teams to implement specialized strategies.
  4. Ensure effective communication, goal setting, and training to foster a high level of commitment and competence.
  5. Focus on sales growth through strategic account research and acquisition planning, utilizing local market insights.
  6. Adhere to company policies regarding Safety, Quality, and Equal Employment Opportunity.
Candidate Profile
  1. Demonstrated leadership in a commercial sales role, particularly within the packaging sector, with experience in the Dairy and/or Wine industries.
  2. Proven ability in key account management and new business development.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  5. Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  6. Willingness to travel regularly for business purposes.
  7. Preferred level of tertiary education.
