About the RoleThe National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a small but growing sales team, driving business growth in the pump industry, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach and mentor sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a small but growing sales team to drive business growth in the pump industry
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the pump industry
- Proven track record of sales growth and achievement of business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and mentor sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
