IT Support Role

The company is seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices, as well as Level 1 & 2 support of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, EntraID & Intune/Autopilot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support to 45 people
  • Respond to requests through JIRA and troubleshoot across Microsoft 365 systems and applications
  • Set up and support Windows and Mac devices including MS Intune & Autopilot
  • Support and provision user access with EntraID
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline business operations
  • Gather and analyse customer data to identify trends to support business strategy
  • Ensure smooth transitions for IT improvements with strong documentation
  • Assist in aligning technology to business strategy
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices
  • Proven ability in Level 1 & 2 support of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, EntraID & Intune/Autopilot
  • Experience working as part of a small team
  • Previous experience working with JIRA ticketing system or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant IT certifications or Bachelors Degree
  • Previous experience in Business Operations or Analysis is a bonus
