Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a dynamic setting, and be available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging in positive interactions with customers.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, accurately process transactions, and follow all customer service policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed including stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products.
  • Complete various kitchen-related tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
  • Stock, clean, and sanitize the workstation and equipment.
  • Actively promote products and services.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of available products and services.
  • Follow required brand standards and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
  • Requires the ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13-14 per hour.
