Key Responsibilities:
  • Support assigned sections as directed by the Jr Sous Chef.
  • Assist with fundamental cooking and food preparation tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
  • Complete duties in line with company and statutory hygiene requirements.
  • Meet requirements for consistency and high quality in a fast-paced environment.
