We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Owner to drive customer-centric product strategies and deliver impactful experiences through the Home Buying journey.
The role is a key part of our dynamic team, passionate about unlocking Home Ownership for Australians. We value diverse perspectives and collaborative approaches to driving customer value.
Our team manages the end-to-end Home Loan business, including distribution, acquisition, retention, customer experience, risk management, change, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the product vision and strategy, aligning with customer needs and business objectives.
- Overseeing the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and successful agile ceremonies.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, translating their needs into actionable insights for the team.
- Leading the squad's performance against defined objectives, tracking OKRs and measuring progress.
- Experimenting and innovating to ensure every initiative delivers value to customers and stakeholders.
