The Role:

  1. Representing customer, broker, and colleague voices when developing product roadmaps
  2. Managing stakeholders and interdependencies across the Domain
  3. Driving success, productivity benefit uplift, and transformation of sub-episode/service with scorecards tied to respective outcomes
  4. Maintaining and prioritising backlogs for mapped squads
  5. Being comfortable with being uncomfortable, continuously learning and improving
