Job Description

The Channel Marketer will develop and execute a customer-centric marketing plan in line with our customer strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a deep understanding of channel partners' goals, including budgeting and targets.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure planned calendars and activities are executed smoothly.
  • Understanding the Customer Strategy, including customer shopper data, financial metrics, space management, and channel communication.
  • Leading the creation, execution, and measurement of customer marketing plans, including media and comms, digital, in-store displays, and promotional calendars.
  • Using customer shopper data to drive retailer ranging, merchandising, and online ranging decisions.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers, including marketing and digital teams.
  • Working closely with analysts to gather key insights and trends for customer growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant marketing experience within FMCG or Hardware industry.
  • Experience within product management/campaign management and/or customer-facing marketing communication.
  • A degree or Post Graduate qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Commerce.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
