
Australia Flexitank Business Development Manager

We are seeking a professional Business Development Manager to expand our business in Australia's flexitank industry.
Candidates without experience in sales and logistics will not be considered for this role.
Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities in the Flexitank Industry
- Plan and execute programs to penetrate targeted accounts
- Gather market intelligence and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Establish strong customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Train and motivate team members to achieve objectives
- Work closely with departments and partners to achieve short and long-term goals
- Negotiate customer trading terms and manage inventory levels effectively
- Manage accounts receivable and payments efficiently
- University degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and logistics in the bulk liquid Industry
- Good knowledge of the bulk liquid industry and flexitank logistics
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen and ability to analyze and seize opportunities in the market
