Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional Business Development Manager to expand our business in Australia's flexitank industry.

Candidates without experience in sales and logistics will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities in the Flexitank Industry
  • Plan and execute programs to penetrate targeted accounts
  • Gather market intelligence and provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Establish strong customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Train and motivate team members to achieve objectives
  • Work closely with departments and partners to achieve short and long-term goals
  • Negotiate customer trading terms and manage inventory levels effectively
  • Manage accounts receivable and payments efficiently
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and logistics in the bulk liquid Industry
  • Good knowledge of the bulk liquid industry and flexitank logistics
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen and ability to analyze and seize opportunities in the market
