We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager for Australia.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the bulk liquid industry and logistics of industries that utilize flexitanks, with a proven track record of developing business and executing programs to penetrate targeted accounts.
Main Responsibilities- Develop business opportunities within the Flexitank Industry in Australia
- Plan and execute strategic programs to penetrate targeted customer accounts
- Gather market intelligence and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers within the industry
- Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achievement of short and long-term goals
- Negotiate and agree customer trading terms while ensuring requests are aligned with agreed parameters
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and mix according to customer requirements
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and payments from customers
- University degree in Engineering and/or Marketing/Business Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales within the bulk liquid industry
- Detailed knowledge of the bulk liquid industry and logistics of industries that utilize flexitanks
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent business acumen and ability to analyze and seize business opportunities
- Superb communication, marketing, and interpersonal skills
