About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team at Clio. As a key member of our Customer Success Department, you will be responsible for migrating customer data from legacy products into Clio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data transformations and validations based on customer needs and workflows.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the data migration process.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation tools using scripting languages to extract data from various sources, map and transform customer workflows, and load into Clio products.
  • Lead data migrations for APAC regions, assisting with scoping and timelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate the value of migration packages to potential customers and assist with closing opportunities.
  • Plan, lead, and own projects from end-to-end, participating in cross-departmental initiatives to enhance the migration experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Clio products and common workflows.
  • Contribute to the customer-facing knowledge base and partner with other teams to develop processes around data transformation, extraction, and training.
Requirements
  • A customer-obsessed mindset and focus on delivering exceptional client experience.
  • 5+ years of data migration experience, preferably in the legal tech space.
  • 3-5 years of experience with coding/scripting/SQL queries.
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to think creatively.
  • Effortless communication skills and ability to work with customers of all abilities.
