About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team at Themis Solutions Inc. in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data transformations and validations based on customer needs and workflows, including LPM data, documents, and financial history.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the data migration process.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation tools using scripting languages (e.g., Python) to extract data from various sources, map and transform customer workflows, and load into Clio products.
  • Act as the go-to migration lead for APAC migrations, assisting with scoping and timelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Talk to potential professional services customers to position the value of migration packages and assist with closing opportunities.
  • Plan, lead, and own projects from end-to-end, participating in cross-departmental initiatives to build a world-class migration experience.
  • Contribute regularly to our customer-facing knowledge base.
  • Partner with other members of the Customer Enablement and Technical Escalations teams to develop processes around data transformation, extraction, and training activities.
Requirements
  • A healthy customer obsession and focus on delivering exceptional client experience.
  • 5+ years of data migration experience, with experience in financial or document migrations in the legal tech space being an asset.
  • 3-5 years of experience with coding/scripting/SQL queries (e.g., Python).
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • A proactive mindset, thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions.
  • Effortless communication skills, confident and sensitive to the needs of customers and internal partners.
