About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced people leader to join our team in this key role. As the Customer Support Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Customer Support Centre operations relating to our Parts team by maintaining operational standards, conducting regular activity reporting as well as handling escalations from both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Customer Support Representatives who provide support and administration relating to Komatsu Parts, including interpreting customer part requirements, quoting, ordering & tracking orders through the supply chain.
  • Ensure the team delivers outstanding service to our customers, builds strong relationships, and maintains a high satisfaction rate.
  • Conduct regular activity reporting and maintain operational standards to ensure efficient and effective customer support.
  • Handle escalations from both internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
