Key Responsibilities- As the primary point of contact, you will handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by responding promptly and professionally to their needs.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to ensure seamless operations.
We offer competitive remuneration, including an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including superannuation, discounts on staff purchases, health insurance, and banking options.
Requirements- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, particularly over the phone.
- Prior call centre experience in the food service industry is highly desirable.
- Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Be able to work effectively under pressure within a dynamic team environment.
