About the RoleOur organisation is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial contracts, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while supporting the maximisation of strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and renewal of commercial contracts.
- Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, sales, commercial, procurement, finance, and operations to ensure contract terms are understood and adhered to.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise.
