Job Title: Commercial Project Lead – Contract Expert

A high-profile opportunity to lead commercial project delivery in Sydney, working on large-scale builds.

  1. Oversee full contract administration on complex projects.
  2. Prepare and manage contracts, subcontracts, and procurement packages.
  3. Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors.
  4. Track variations, progress claims, and manage cost reporting.
  5. Provide commercial input during design, delivery, and closeout phases.
  6. Mentor and support junior staff on larger project teams.

About You:

  • Minimum 5–8 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience on projects $30M+, ideally $50M and above.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar.
