Scrum Master Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a large desktop modernisation program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices to facilitate effective Scrum teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity around project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain the team's vision, mission, and values, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, ensuring smooth delivery of projects and programs.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master, certified in Agile.
  • Experience working on large programs or with desktop/infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to tolerate ambiguity and work hard to remove it.
