Our client is searching for a seasoned Scrum Master for a role that combines hands-on Scrum delivery with Agile coaching, driving change across multiple squads.
You'll lead two core squads (potentially a third) with members in global locations.
Key responsibilities include facilitating PI Planning and Big Room Planning sessions, coaching Product Owners and identifying process improvements to uplift Agile maturity.
You'll be a confident communicator who can demonstrate best practices, constructively challenge existing processes, and actively drive Agile adoption across a mature enterprise.
Key skills & experience: Recent Scrum Master experience in complex digital environments.
Strong Jira skills (including Advanced Roadmaps) and knowledge of SAFe.
Proven facilitation and stakeholder influence skills.
