We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a high-impact delivery team driving enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
As a Scrum Master, you will champion Agile principles, facilitate continuous delivery, and empower teams to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Proactively identify and remove impediments to enable seamless delivery
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile best practices and frameworks
Monitor sprint progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with delivery timelines
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and visibility across the project lifecycle
Must-Have Skills
Strong Agile / Scrum expertise with a deep understanding of Agile principles
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Proven problem-solving capabilities in complex, fast-paced delivery environments
Preferred Experience
10+ years working in Agile delivery roles
Experience within large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership
