Required Skills:
  • 4+ years' experience in a Scrum Master role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Proven ability to manage conflicts, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders effectively.
