About the Role
  • Ensure effective adoption and implementation of Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines, increasing Scrum maturity within teams.
  • Foster collaboration and facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Recommend and implement changes during sprint retrospectives, improving efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Scrum teams, Agile Coaches, and stakeholders, influencing decision making and supporting organisational project teams.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching abilities, as well as experience collaborating with key stakeholders and customers to achieve business outcomes.
