Facilities Support Specialist

Job Overview:
Seeking a facilities professional to deliver administrative support and coordination of facilities services. This role will ensure timely delivery of services in a high-security environment.
About the Role:
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and compliance, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative support for facilities services
- Manage work orders and contractor communications in line with agreed service levels
- Assist with scheduling and reporting of maintenance activities
- Support financial administration including purchase orders and invoicing
- Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities coordination, office management or similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and task prioritisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident working with job management systems and MS Office suite
- Ability to work on-site at a high-security location; aviation sector experience advantageous
