About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team at the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience at our Citrique Seafood Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel and its services, providing expert recommendations to our guests.
  • Assist guests with menu selection, dietary requirements, and recommendations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Use our Point of Sale system to efficiently manage orders and service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and food handling.
  • Promote a safe and supportive work environment, adhering to WHS practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
