We are seeking a dynamic leader to support our expanding mining team and drive valued customer solutions. Reporting to the General Manager Mining, this role is accountable for Parts Exchange, Mining Rental, developing product support solutions, optimising business growth opportunities through product support sales, forecasting major component requirements and product problem resolution management.

An effective communicator with a passion for achieving outstanding results, you will approach every task with energy, drive and a commitment to excellence. Additionally, you will be a visible and consistent leader.
Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring your skills and experience to the fore. This includes:
- Bachelor's Degree, Business / Commerce or an equivalent level of work experience.
- Leading a small to medium size results-oriented team;
- Experience working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs);
- Extensive sales management experience with a passion for customer service;
- Sound commercial acumen and knowledge of Sales/Business development methodologies;
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to work well under pressure;
- Experience in supporting Mining, Civil or Construction equipment.
