Stock Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Leader to join our team at Peter Alexander Broadway Shopping Centre. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for controlling the stock administration and inventory management in your store.
During off-peak periods, you will contribute to the overall success of the store by delivering sales productivity through great customer connection, personal KPIs, and contributing to the operational responsibilities of the store.
Your time spent on stock duties will range from 50-100% of your hours depending on the time period in store.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the store and offsite stock operations while maintaining stock standards.
- Lead and train Stock Team Members within the store.
- Assist in coordinating and executing store transfers.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure transparency across all stock-related processes is maintained.
- Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising.
- Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer, which is in line with the Peter Alexander brand.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets.
- Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Promote and comply with Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Stock control or stock management experience within a retail environment.
- Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect, and sell to our customers.
- Value integrity and doing things the right way.
- Enjoy working with a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Be 'solutions-focused' when faced with problems.
