  4. Grow quality business across the property and construction services markets.
  5. Build strong relationships with clients and support your people's ability to retain and grow their business.
  6. Have an in-depth understanding of complex client needs and develop key internal relationships.
  7. Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership capability and experience coaching and developing a team.
  • Deep property experience including in a banking or finance role.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and credit skills.
  • Strong success orientation, drive, and business development focus.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.
